Die achromatischen Dublettlinsen mit Luftspalt (Fraunhofer-Achromate) sind für eine konstante Hinterbrennweite im Spektralbereich um 790 nm konzipiert. Dadurch ergibt sich eine konstante Laufzeit der fs-Impulse über die gesamte Apertur bei dieser Wellenlänge. Die Linsen sind breitbandig antireflexbeschichtet.
