The plates are manufactured as pairs and are used as mirror substrates in Fabry-Perot interferometers with air space. This requires an extremely high parallelism of the inner surfaces. We offer pairs with parallelism of λ/50 and λ/100.

To keep spurious reflections out of the interference pattern the back surface is slightly wedged. The pairs are provided without coating and without holder.
